On the morning of December 24^th, the 2021 PKS Secure, Advanced & Green Computing Ecological Conference jointly organized by Tianjin Municipality and CEC, was opened at the Media Center in Tianjin. The conference had more than 1,000 online sub-venues nationwide, with about 100,000 people viewing on line.

At the opening ceremony, the PKS system group standard was released. There was also a presentation about the release of the China Information Technology Application Innovation Valley construction plan and Tianjin's 9 supporting policies, which involves setting up a 10 billion RMB IT application innovation industry fund and a 1 billion RMB special support fund every year. Binhai Xinqu signed the framework agreement with CEC, JD.com, Yonyou, Kingsoft Office, and Kingdee for the joint construction of the China Information Technology Application Innovation Valley. CEC signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Baidu, Tencent, JD.com, Yonyou, and Kingdee. The Secure, Advanced & Green Computing Original Innovation Alliance was inaugurated at the same time. At the keynote conference that followed, the Initiative on Building a Secure Advanced & Green Computing Industry Ecosystem, the PKS innovation achievements, and the Ecological Cooperation Action Plan were also released at the same time.

Senior management representatives from core technology companies, industry users, top internet enterprises, software and hardware eco-partners from the secure, advanced & green computing industry ecosystem, as well as representatives from renowned Chinese universities and research institutions, attended the conference on-site and online.
